What is The Unstuck Place?
Stuckness isn't a personal failure.
It's information.
The Unstuck Place is inspired by emergent strategy—the body of work popularized by adrienne maree brown that draws from nature, adaptation, relationship, interdependence, and the belief that small shifts can shape larger possibilities.
Together, we slow down, notice what is happening, learn from the patterns already present, and experiment with small, realistic shifts. Each week centers an emergent strategy principle as a practice for relating differently to uncertainty and change.
Inside the group
Reflection, relationship, and practice.
Sessions include grounding, a short teaching, individual reflection, facilitated conversation, and experiential practices. Some activities may draw from nature, creativity, or group-based problem-solving.
Learn with the group
Gather new perspectives through facilitated conversation, shared wisdom, and meaningful connection.
Practice a small shift
Leave with at least one realistic experiment you can continue after the series ends.
You do not need to be
an expert in emergent strategy.
You don't need to be outdoorsy, artistic, or experienced in groups. The practices are simple, accessible invitations to notice, reflect, and make meaning.
The Unstuck Place is psychoeducational and supportive. It is not a substitute for ongoing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or individualized mental health treatment.
